Charles Rivenbark has been responding to disasters in a professional and volunteer capacity since 1992 with Hurricane Andrew in Florida. Since then he has responded all over the state including the 4 back-to-back hurricanes during the 2004 season and the Debbie-Helene-Milton trio in 2024. It was after the 2004 season that the idea of a nonprofit group to help during disasters began, which he later formed in 2012 as DR Solutions of Tampa, Inc. Born in Daytona, Florida, Charles has lived most of his life in Florida and was deployed multiple times with the Department of Defense to the middle east over a period of 11 years. His vast experience in disaster response and working in austere conditions helps him to lead DR Solutions forward in assisting local jurisdictions and other organizations in preparing for and responding to emergencies and disasters.
