Disaster Preparedness Counseling

Our Disaster Preparedness Counselors will work with you to develop emergency and disaster plans to prepare your organization to respond to and recover from disasters.

We offer assistance with the following types of plans:

Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
OSHA requires that all businesses and organizations that have employees are required to have a written Emergency Action Plan. Organizations or businesses with less than 10 employees can opt to have an oral plan but a written plan is the best way to go.

Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
A Business Continuity Plan allows a business or organization to be able to resume normal operations after a disaster with minimal down time.

Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)
A Continuity of Operations Plan identifies processes and procedures for a business or organization to employ in order to have little to no gap in operations during and after a disaster.

Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP)
A comprehensive Emergency Management Plan looks at all possible threats, across all operational functions and identifies ways to remove or mitigate risk.
