Policy and Procedure Numbering System
All policy numbers will start with DRS- and then append the policy prefix from the list below. Additional policies within the same category will implement the last 3 digits (e.g. a Conflict of Interest Policy might be DRS-10-010).
10 - Administrative Policies created by the Executive Committee or Chief Executive Officer
- 10 - Ethics and Conduct Policies
- 11 - Public Information Policies
- 12 - Public Relations and Media Interfacing Policies
- 13 - Documentation Policies
20 - Employment Policies created by the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Human Resources Officer
30 - Safety Policies created by the Chief Human Resources Officer or the Chief Executive Officer
40 - Financial Policies created by the Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, or the Finance Committee
- 40 - Finance and Accounting Policies
- 41 - Financial Management Policies
