Emergency Action Plans (EAP) These plans help you to identify the actions you will take in specific emergenciy or disaster situations. Examples are Fire, Severe Weather, Hazardous Material Leak, Flooding, etc. You determine what the specific actions you will take in these situations, document them and practice them.

Business Continuity Plans (BCP) These plans help you to plan for any type of emergency or disaster that can affect your operations. You will determine what resources or services need to be protected by doing a hazard and risk analysis and then determining remediation, mitigation, or risk acceptance for those.

Continuity of Operaitions Plans (COOP) These plans are for critical services that need to have minimal to zero down time after an emergency or disaster. We help you identify critical assets and services that need to be protected and help you develop redundancy measures for timely restoration.

Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMP) These plans are for organizations that are required to have a more comprehensive plan that covers All Hazards. Examples are hospitals or power generation plants.
